Prof.B.M.Hegde on Energy Healing – the future of medicine

Prof BM Hegde is a former Vice-Chancellor of Manipal Academy of Higher Education who is a well qualified cardiologist with four FRCP degrees from various universities of UK. He is a recipient of various awards… Pride of India Award from Federation of Indian Associations of Northern California , Dr B C Roy National Award in the category of “Eminent Medical Teacher”,Jagdish Chander Bose Award in Life Sciences, Distinguished Physician of India Award etc. He continues to work as examiner for MRCP (UK), since 1988 which seems to be rare for Indians to attain that eminence. Probably He is the only Indian to become the fellow of all the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the British Isles , including Ireland.He Had a stint at Harvard as a trainee under Noble Laureate, Prof. Bernard Lown ; Visited almost all the countries, except South America , in the world as visiting professor, examiner, distinguished doctor and academician: guided number of students from many universities for their doctoral thesis, including Ph.D. Apart from all these, He produced numerous papers in both National & International Universities and is an author of more than 30 books including What Doctors Do Not Get to Study at the Medical School?, Wisdom of the Human Body, Holistic Living etc.
